Dr Ali has been in the veterinary industry since 2002 where she started as a veterinary nurse and then proceeded to become a veterinary surgeon graduating from the University of Queensland in 2011. Whilst with another company she moved through the ranks of a veterinary associate to the director of one of the largest clinics in the region. We are fortunate to now have her as the director of our newest clinic on the Gold Coast where she will be an integral part of our team and the local animal community. Her passion is small animal internal medicine and has completed a post graduate course through the University of Sydney in this field. Her goal in the future is to obtain her memberships in small animal internal medicine and diagnostic imaging. She also has a special interest in teaching and really enjoys mentoring other vets and nurses.
Dr Brad Easton - Veterinarian
Dr Brad Easton grew up on the south side of Sydney and fulfilled a childhood dream by graduating as a vet from University of Sydney in 1995. He spent 2 years working in a mixed practice near Melbourne caring for dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, alpacas, ostriches and even kangaroos. Then in 1998 he went to work in Hong Kong, seeing a tremendous mix from diseases rarely seen in Australia (like Distemper) to advanced surgeries (like cataract surgery and spinal disc surgery)
Over the last 20 years, he has worked in various small animal practices in Hong Kong and Australia. Definitely the most challenging and rewarding role was 6 years as the principal veterinarian at a vet clinic he established in Sai Kung (Hong Kong). Along with his wife (a veterinary nurse in Hong Kong) they learnt the importance of a veterinary team working together for the benefit of the pet and everyone who cares for them. Brad looks forward to all the daily challenges of working as a vet, with a particular interest in conditions affecting eyes, skin and internal medicine.
Brad has enjoyed the move to the Gold Coast where he can enjoy the outdoor lifetsyle with his daughter and dog named Buddy. Hopefully there will be some time to get back to hobbies such as water sports, SCUBA diving and photography.
Taylah McLauchlan - Practice Manager
Taylah's passion for animals started at a young age of growing up on her grandads farm in new Zealand. She would go out on the early run at 4am to feed and move cattle/sheep throughout the farm. Ever since then she has had a goal to make her life evolve around animals. She has started off her nursing career at one of the largest Gold Coast clinics which has accelerated her nursing skills and experience to a level that has entered her into the Nursing Manager role with VetLove Nobby Beach. She is super excited to take on the challenge to make the new Nobby Beach clinic a huge success. Taylah has 3 beautiful pets at home, Pebbles the Pug, Elvis the Labrador and Angel the Tortie
Lindsay Blum - Veterinary Nurse
Lindsay has had a passion for animals throughout her childhood, always having a animal in the family. Before nursing, she had a career as a wildlife keeper for 4 and a half years working with a large variety of Australian wildlife. Her favourite animals to look after are Koalas, dingoes and crocodiles. She decided to change her career into veterinary nursing to challenge herself and expand her knowledge in animal care. At home she has 5 beautiful animals including Kormos the poodle, Dior and Miki the Chihuahuas, Phoenix the Darwin Carpet Python and Cyclops the Stimpsons Python.
"My cat was hit by a car in front of our house last week. I rushed to the nearest vet, and even though I was not a client they took us in straight away. Sadly, he did not make it, but the staff were so lovely and gave me time and space to say my goodbyes. This week we received a lovely card from them in the mail. I will certainly be visiting this vet again when we get our next pet".

Lauren was kind, empathetic, honest, gentle and allowed as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Thankyou".

We had to take our precious Burmese there and they could not have been more loving and caring as was quite a heartbreaking ordeal and lots of decisions to be made. very patient and thorough explaining everything to us several times and no judgment at all. Helped keep costs low whilst giving our baby the best treatment. Thank you so very much. see you in a week for a check up - 5 STARS most definitely!Coco and Latte our Burmese mummy and daughter"

"Thank you all at Vetlove so much for helping Little Bikkie with her laceration. She loved each and every one of you, and I do too! You are all so amazing and helpful and friendly and our little pickle will see you soon. Thank you!"
"This clinic has such welcoming and personable staff. They are very thorough with all of their examinations and has an obvious love of animals no matter how big or small. I had a German Shepherd puppy with an abnormal gait and a Russian Blue cat with plaque on his teeth. Despite the variances in conditions, both of my animals were treated with an equal amount of love and kindness from all the staff. 6 months on, my not so little puppy has a near to perfect gait and my feline prince has nice pearly whites again. All fees are charged at reasonable rates with the convenience of a regional location".
