We thought this month was a great opportunity to share the story of our founder Dr Geoff Wilson: family man, veterinarian, philanthropist, extreme adventurer and world record holder!
Dr Geoff is the third person, and first Australian, to ever complete the crossing of Antarctica, with a mission to promote breast cancer awareness and raise funds for the McGrath Foundation.
Dr Geoff is making history and changing lives by his ongoing commitment to ‘Making A Difference ‘in the world – whether it’s our four or two-legged friends – and our teams at VetLove are proud to be part of his extended family and his vision.
Dr Geoff has raised over $400,000 for the McGrath Foundation, hence, why our clinics are themed ‘pink’, to help raise awareness about breast cancer and continue to support the many causes he holds close to his heart and ours. This month, all our clinics are going even pinker, with the goal to raise over $5000 for The McGrath Foundation through the sale of pink pet bandanas.
