VIP

The VIP Club is a program developed and owned solely by VetLove, and as such, we retain the right to adjust and modify the program at any time, to ensure that we continue to provide a viable service and continue to save our clients’ money to support excellence in Veterinary Care.

Each membership is restricted to one cat or dog within the household. Each household may hold multiple memberships if they are a multi pet household.

Each membership will be for a period of 12 months. Cancellation is allowed only within 3 months of the sign on date or on the anniversary of that sign on date. If a cancellation occurs, then discounts previously applied to the clients account will be reversed and are payable by the client directly to the clinic. This is to ensure the viability for the program for all VIP Club members.

In the event of a cancellation a $45 management fee will apply and is payable to the clinic.

In the event of your pet passing away, rehomed, lost or stolen, please contact the VIP Department on vipaccounts@vetlove.com.au to discuss your membership.

The fees applied to the program are as follows:

MONTHLY PLAN

• VetLove reserves the right to review the costs of the program as price increases dictate within the industry
• The first monthly payment is payable upon signing onto the program in clinic, then (11) monthly payments will be debited from your nominated account or card by VetPay, our 3rd party provider
• Any dishonoured debits will incur a $10 dishonour fee for each missed payment – which will be added to your client file in clinic
• If dishonoured debits exceed 3 months in arrears, VetLove reserves the right to reverse the discounts previously applied and pursue as debt
• Plans are automatically renewed annually
• Should you wish not to renew your annual membership at due date, please provide 30 days’ notice directly by emailing: vipaccounts@vetlove.com.au

UPFRONT FULL PAYMENT PLAN

• VetLove reserves the right to review the costs of the program as price increases dictate within the industry
• Upfront payment is payable upon signing onto the program in clinic
• Upfront payment plans are automatically renewed annually and the annual fee will be added to your clinic account for payment
• Should you wish not to renew your annual membership at due date, please provide 30 days’ notice directly to your preferred clinic or email: vipaccounts@vetlove.com.au

Fair Use: The member acknowledges the above terms and conditions and accepts that these benefits are restricted to what would be considered “fair use”. VetLove reserves the right to terminate membership if usage is deemed in our opinion to be an unfair load on other VIP Program members and VetLove staff.

Acknowledgment: The member acknowledges the above terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them and any new terms and conditions that may be applied on occasion by VetLove management. The VIP Club is an initiative of VetLove Support ABN 12 164 466 728 and all its related entities.

The VIP Club is a preventative health program designed to support pets’ health and wellbeing. It is not Pet Insurance.
